prevent stolen guns is very valuable. Having a good knowledge about the subject

a lot of time to have the same experiences that I have had. It is mostly inimitable.

replace knowledge so this one is non-substitutable.

My Top Resource: I believe that my top resource is actually the
last one that I thought of. It is all of the people that I know in Law Enforcement.

it to all of their other friends in law enforcement. I think this is most
important resource because I believe that social capital is extremely important.
Word of mouth is extremely powerful.
Riley, the list of resources you have created is very varied and extensive. This is good because the large amount of resources you have at your disposal makes it easier for to create a successful business. I’m not very familiar with this industry but I do think another very valuable resource you have at your disposal is your knowledge and personal attachment to the subject.
ReplyDeleteRiley, you did a great job objectively evaluating your venture's unfair advantages. While I am not surprised, I did not know that Florida has the most CCW holder in the country. That is definitely an added advantage! Do you see the wealthy people you know as potential investors or networking agents?
ReplyDeleteRiley, I think you did a really job on clarifying what strengths you are able to bring to your company. I think the fact that you have so many connections in the police department could really help out. Being able to talk to officers about their experiences with handling guns and retrieving stolen one's could help shape your product in the future.
